Satsang is a Sanskrit word made up of two parts:
Satsang Yoga and Wellness is rooted in the ancient Sanskrit word satsang, meaning “to gather in truth” or “to be in the company of what is real.”
In modern spiritual terms, satsang is a conscious coming together—a space where we slow down, reconnect, and remember our true selves. It is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and into practices that cultivate presence, awareness, and authentic connection.

Satsang Yoga and Wellness exists to create intentional spaces for gathering in truth—where individuals are invited to slow down, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise of everyday life.
Through yoga, practicing mindfulness, and other integrative practices, we support embodied awareness, authentic connection, and personal transformation. Our mission is to cultivate presence, community, and inner alignment—honoring each person’s unique path while walking it together.

At Satsang Yoga and Wellness, we offer yoga, mindfulness practices, sound baths, silent hikes, outdoor experiences to connect ourselves to nature, and other integrative experiences designed to support your personal journey. Each offering is a doorway into deeper listening—of the body, the breath, the heart, and the wisdom that already lives within you.
This is a space for community, healing, and self-discovery. A place to gather in truth. A place to come home to yourself.
